Heres the Cliff notes because I have to run:

-APR SALE?! WICKED ABOUT TIME!!!!

-Call concept-1 to make appointment

-Mislead on pricing and programs for Chip

-Complained about the misleading of the sale and was given 4 programs at the cost of 2

-Concept-1 tells me "Only 4 programs fit on a chip and anti-theft is not included at all its extra" and "3inch turbo backs are "too big and clunky"

-I ask Keith@APR on vwvortex for some REAL answers:

"Keith@APR (11:36 AM 5-13-2008): you are also entitled to security lockout, fce, tba and antitheft."


Really Keith? Hmm... Why is it then I am paying the same amount as everyone else and getting 3 less programs?

From the official sale:

NOTE what Keith@APR had told me and what the APR sale says?

My lesson learned? Steer clear of concept-1 even if there is a sale

Damn.. glad I held on to my money... Probably will go to Das Auto Haus for my chip..
