Yes, they do charge per tire...and it's not much savings if you buy more than 4...I didn't know for sure until I looked into it. It's a weeeee bit cheaper shipping two full sets, but not enough to make a huge difference.

Hey I'm interested in buying tires also. Have been looking at 1010 Tires, they ship out of Richmond BC. Compared to the Tire Easy site, some prices are lower, some are higher. But their shipping is way cheaper, $40 for a set! I compared Falkens on both sites, prices worked out almost the same but on Tire easy you still have duty to pay on these (made in Japan).

If we can nail down all the costs and get a better rate out of them them I'm in or maybe look at 1010....

I'll have a look at 1010 and let you know...but I may not be able to pass up the deal on the Hankooks at Tire-Easy...even with their rediculous shipping prices

I have the SPT's and love them. They will have lasted 3 seasons of my spirited driving by the time they bite the dust...

Re: Anybody planning on ordering tires?

I am interested in buying a set of tires. It's too bad there isn't a group buy somewhere. If it comes cheaper for more than 1 or 2 sets, I would be interested in some as well. I'm still wondering what 225/40/18 to get, something on the lower profile side. A discussion I had on these boards lead to either Fuzion ZRi, General Exlaim UHP, or something higher priced, not sure whats good. Anyways, keep us posted on what you find.
