    While I'll admit, Edmonton's roads are bad, after moving here from Winnipeg a few years ago, Edmonton's roads are like a sheet of polished glass compared to Winnipeg.

      whats wrong with our roads they are fantastic.
      i love swapping out oil pans lol...Growing Pains
      City grew up to quick and nobody wants to work for less than 20.00 an hour,
      including 15 year olds.

        Here's a novel idea....stop growing. Stop moving the city limits every 2 years and stretching your road resources thinner and thinner. Let another municipality sprout up and let them deal with it.

        Why Calgary thinks it is so f@cking unique and no other city in the world has ever dealt with these kinds of problems is astounding. They should be looking at these other cities to see where they are, how they got there, and what they can learn from their process. Ground level LRT...*shakes head*

          Ottawa is in pretty bad shape right now after the winter we've had! Some nasty pot hole which could probably swallow up my car!

          Even going to my aunts place in Pembroke this past weekend, Highway 17 was in pretty bad shape at some parts!
