Well, my car's certainly not stock, that's for sure...

        Dude.....seriously.....

Fact: Hyabusa MINIMUM 178hp and 430lbs weight.

When your car can come anywhere near the power to weigh ratio of that, please come back to talk.

        Fact: Hyabusa 0-100km/h 2.6 seconds, 0-160km/h 5.1sec.

Based on these figures, your car SHOULD also beat a Ferarri Enzo.....Wow, looks like you got a good deal.

Don't come on here a spew **** about winning an impossible race. If you're so confident come on down and I'll spank you on my 750.

s4's are great because yes they can look extremely stock and roast the **** out of most cars on the road..

              Hey thanks nordex....appreciate the support.

              Aleks,

I love how people always say "oh yeah, that car has 483.43 hp"
Well, maybe that's what it's rated at from the factory (at sea level, no less), but a lot changes when sensors start wearing out, spark plugs get old, injectors get clogged, and you move up a few thousand feet in the atmosphere where the O2 is a lot less dense (oh and turbo-charged engines thrive at high altitudes compared to N/A engines, BTW). Perhaps the Hayabusa had something close to 178hp from the factory, but who honestly knows what it's at now, here in Calgary.

FACT: bikes run out of steam up top when their relatively low torque begins to lose to wind resistance. Let me clarify, on the highway a high hp car has a much better chance of taking the bike than from a 20kph roll.

It's like I said in the original post, I thought FOR SURE I would lose! I was as surprised as you are.
Here's another fact: According to Gtech, my car does 0-60 in 3.6-3.7 seconds. I haven't hit the strip yet (but will soon), but I suspect I'm in the 11's in the 1/4, a far cry from what I figure the busa can do.

I'm just telling it how it happened. Maybe the guy sucked at driving, I don't know.

Oh, and BTW, the enzo is rated at 0-60 in 3.6 seconds at sea level, looks like I might have a fighting chance...

I believe typ. rule of thumb is for NA ~3% loss per 1000ft, but FI vehicles still get ~1.5-2% loss supposedly. So figuring that out a busa will still have roughly 160hp -600lbs ish with rider. A 500hp s4 will lose about 30-40hp still. (Theoretically) So that busa still has about 3.75lbs/hp while S4 with rider is about 3800lbs so it would have about 8.2ish lbs/hp. Thats a huge difference, that busa would still crush all who oppose, not calling b.s. or anything on you Jordan but either the rider was chicken **** and backed off or hes lost 2 cylinders or something. I've raced everything when I had my 750 adn asides from a couple of faster bikes nothing could come relatively close, from a dig or a roll, my bike would run up to 260 like the numbers in between didn't exist. As for torque mine had about 75ish ft/lbs. not much in a 3000+lb car but on a 400lb. bike it is alot.

buddy at work has a leacy GT that he's put a TON of work into, about 330WHP..I was with him en route to edmonton when he pulled away on a 750 which REALLY impressed me..i have alot of trouble believing you can walk on a bike like that, those things eat super cars and you're driving a luxury sedan

I don't doubt in the least that your car is fast. Not for 1 second. But hp/weight ratio doesn't lie. Here is an example, its a GSXR750, same as mine, it does basically 0-305km/h in roughly 15-20 seconds. Its a roll on video from about 10km/h, but I'm saying if your car can run the speedo ANYWHERE near that, I'd be impressed.

                        http://youtube.com/watch?v=_bwegS1OLew

You also say he "dropped a gear" before the start. Well, my bike, and the Busa, will do 140km/h in first, touch close to 180 insecond hitting the reds, I don't know where he started but I'm sure if he was cruising the highway it woulda been around 5th, so I'm also guessing he didn't drop it to "race", cause that woulda been first..........

                        Now some Busa vids:

Your basically calling him a straight up liar. All he said was he raced some guy, he won, end of story, I loved that story.
