  • Jimi Hendrix's Memorial Site.

I was recently in Seattle on VW training so I decided to check out Jimi Hendrix's grave site after school one day. Here are some pics. Next time I'm in Seattle I want to check out Kurt Cobain's. Oh ya, check out the apple on the memorial in the last picture. It was hollowed out ready for the kid in the picture to smoke some weed out of it.

I wanted to go check it out while I was down there for WaterWagens but I ran out of time.

How did you like Seattle? I can actually see myself living down there. I thought it was great.

Seattle was great. I took in a lot of sites when I was there. The VW training facility is in Tukwila only about twenty or so minutes away from downtown. I'd live there too but there are a lot of wannabe gangsters and crime in some areas.

ya i went there a few years back, we went to Cobain's as well, though its just a park with benches and graffiti. No memorial or anything like that.

Nice, I have been to Seattle many, many times (big Seahawks fan) and that is one place I have never checked out. Glad to see you had a good trip and I cannot wait to get back there, one of my fav American cities for sure.
