you can probably jimmy-rig something up if you remove the plate on the bottom and mess around with it, I dont think they offer a 'kit' so to speak however.

if its an issue at home, you could always get another wireless hub?

I would stay far away from any modifications to the MacBook itself. I don't know of any kits that offer this. I agree with James that the best idea is to get another wireless hub and put it where you're having reception issues, and is also probably the cheapest idea.
