    Radar detectors in BC?

    Hi all,

    Are radar detectors legal to use in British Columbia? I heard it was legal to have, but not to use... is that correct?

    I got caught with one 2 years ago in BC. He just asked if it went off in time. I said no (and bought a better one).

      BC AB and SASK are the only legal provinces in canada i believe
