Stolen..........!!!

A couple of nights ago my porsche was stolen and recovered. lots of wonderful damage.

I'm sorry to see/hear that Mike. What exactly happened? Where did the cops find your car? Tell us a little about it... other then the apparent damage... it looks to be in good condition (seats, dashboard, gauges, etc).

well, its a long story. But it was broken into at about 6am in my underground parking. I park in a tandem stall so the couldnt take unless they moved my dub. So, I get up for work at about 830am and find my one quater windo broken. Go to the cop shop to report it, they tell me i need the VIN # to finish the report. So its about 1030am and I head back to getthe vin and the car is gone. They came back for it I couldnt believe it. I look out of the corner of my eye and I see two guys trying to push start the car!! So i box them in with my jetta and they run. At the same time the cops were coming down the elevator to check out a BMW that was also broken into and nabbed the bad guys.....so at least we got em fu$%ers.

damage is pretty bad, outside door, inside lock and panel, ignition, windows, steering lock, and wheel, seats are ripped from broken glass and some other small stuff.

no i cant sleep at night cause im worried about my jetta, it sucks i feel so violated, she was my sweety and my jetta is affraid, ive actuall got a good alarm and all the factory stuff (imobilzer) and now i use a damn club.......i cant believe i use a useless club. But anything I can do helps I guess.i mean i have nothing worth in it to steal just factory stereo stuff but still worry.

Damn... well I'm glad you caught them. You should totally camp out with a baseball bat... if they come back... whip some vigilante justice on their ass(es).

yea no crap.. when i'm at home whenever i see anybody floating around my car i always graby my 9iron so if they start to do somethign they are gonna have a divot in thier head

That sucks, man. What neighbourhood did this happen in? I always feel safer knowing that my car sits underground but after hearing about this nightmare I don't feel so comfy anymore.
