Single room for rent in North West Calgary.
House located in Thorncliff, close to U of C, SAIT, MTR and downtown all can be accessed by bus. Close too many other amenities like Safeway, local bakery and 2 houses away from a large city park.
Almost every room in the house has been updated, 4 bedroom 1.5 bathrooms.

The house is currently shared with 3 other guys and 2 cats (including myself) all of us are students, so things are fairly tame when school is busy but we like to have fun as well. Like I said there is a 37inch TV and foosball table located in the living area, it’s a great environment to live in.
