    Tornado GR4

    Does anyone know what time the British Tornado GR4 Fighter jets are talking off each morning? I am about 5min from the Calgary airport and they shake our building when they take off but I can never see them.

          Info on the jets:

          The UK has 86 of them and 6 are in calgary until Sept 8 before shipping of to Iraq, I guess there is 2,000 UK troops in AB right now.

            I think I heard them taking off about 7:15 this morning. My office is a couple blocks from the south end of the runway and there was some serious shaking.

              2 took off at 9ish this morning, I just got back into calgary so I was wondering if they have been taking off at the same time everyday. I would like to try and watch them take off tmr.

                They rattled the windows in my office the other day. Also two flew over my car while coming in for a landing on Mcknight the other day.

                  That's messed that they would be kinda hangin out in calgary, you'd think they would be at cold lake. odd

                      I drive mcknight (east) to work in the morning and was able to see the jets sitting in the corner by the Shell building (right next to the post office). I am going to go and check it out tmr.
