Yes, Mitch - unlocked. And loaded with the Nintendo emulator, 200 games and some other goodies. Got hooked up with Rogers this evening and everything works great. It's awesome.

All I needed was a SIM card and that was that.

hows the email working? do you have it go to an OWA server at work? or is it like blackberries internet messaging and you can get it from a pop3 server?

How can you say I'm behind the times when thats what the agreement was when the iPhone was first released and the phone was unlocked about a month and a half after it was released. AT&T was to be the only service provider for the iPhone in the states.
