Drunk Driver hit my car :(

Yesterday after work a drunk guy driving a delivery van side-swipped my car.

He got arrested and I got his insurance info but now my car is damaged and the body shop is booked up until Sept.

The damage isn't too bad but still...

Now see wouldnt it be nice to know the SOB just lost his car for what he just did rather then getting a ticket his car should be taken away. Personally I would.
