More draconian anti-car-enthusiast laws...

Its the other side of the pond, but still, it feels like this is a global trend. Can't even meet up in a car lot anymore.

How would it be possible to enforce that? Oh look, we all just ended up at the same place at the same time........ it was an accident. They would have a tough time trying to enforce that.... IMO.

I find this kind of legislation ludacris.

I would have to think there are some problems that rank a little higher than stopping groups of cars from being together, but just my thoughts!

Nice to know were ok to race as long as there are only four of us at it though.
