Yeah my gf has just called consumer watch and we will be contacting the B.B.B as well. I have also posted it on beyond. I am just in awe that a place would treat people this way.

I believe who we were talking to might of been the owners. And my gf held back as much she could. Dont want to say to much while they still have her car. Once her car is out of there, the **** is gonna hit the fan.

A couple tidbits to mull on Stig, rather than waiting to get the car back and then letting the **** hit the fan. Try a couple other techniques instead. For instance, don't get verbal with them, instead go in calm and full of the facts, make sure you state your point repeatedly and keep your temper. If they explode on you it's more fuel for you to fan the BBB fire with.

Luckily I deal with irate customers more often than I'd like and each time the customer comes in and tries to argue with me or one of my other salespeople they always end up blowing their gasket. Storming out and threatening to use the BBB, some have actually tried. Sadly when you're grasping at straws and using bullsh*t as a front you have nothing to go on and so you're finished. Just like these as*holes at Feliks.

So keep a level head and make sure you've got your facts right.

Yeah we never yelled back swore or anything so we basically let them rip our heads off.

My gf moms picked up the car and of corse they did another half ass job. SOme how they managed to think wet sanding a crack int he paint would work? I dont see the crack and more, but mabye because its covered by a bunch of wet sand marks? Anyways the car will not be going back there and the repair is good enough for now. I just care about dealing with these people.

Take the loaner car by the police station before you return it and get them to do an inspection on it. Explain to them that this car has been "loaned" to you twice and is not safe to be on the roads.

Someone on beyond posted a very calid point. If it was charged on credit in the last bit (you can only make claimes within a certain period of time that varies card by card) you may want to try and dispute the charge. You paid for a service that has not been rendered. Theives

I would also maybe consider going to a police station and asking for advice as they maybe able to offer some assitance (probably not though lol) but you never know. I would have your gf go down and very calmy explain it like you have here. Tell them you have exahusted every avenue and maybe they might help out your poor gf and her mom.

Secondly, I dont know but its a possibility that there is a gov't agency that can help you out and maybe richard (darsh richard from edm) can lend some advice as he is a mechanic and owns a shop. Maybe he can shed some light seeing he is in the indusrty of fixing cars.
