A great spot for sure, I have been a few times before I left and always had a great experience, a place that is all about the food!!

I miss Calgary Chinese food and have not warmed up the Chinese food over here that much yet, surprisingly I find Chinese food to be one of the most regionalized in my experience. Peking Dragon on 4th is my all time fav with I think Happy Valley in Chinatown is not bad.

Rush was still a great place for that high-end experience we went before I left and it was amazing, and for a nice classic Greek style pizza I really miss Manies on 17th ave!

      For me...
Alloy. It is tucked away on 42nd...a few blocks north of TuneDub. Food is ... Fusion? Beyond labels, it is great. I can't say much about the menu as I usually order the special, or do a tasting menu. We like it so much, we had them host our wedding.

I have only eaten at alloy once, it was great though!

                    +1 on Bankoknoi and Sun's

Sun's is great but you definitely have to speak Chinese to get good service.

Charcut is alright but hyped. Vintage for steaks.

IMO, their name is not indicative of a great Charcuterie board. Farm has the best one I've tried in Calgary, especially with the city's best cheese, Janice Beaton in the back.

Agree with pretty much all of the above. I also quite like Farm, and District is also quite good for food.

Their pulled pork is delicious...you can't go wrong with anything bbq'ed there. Also their garlic fries are amazing if you're not afraid of garlic breath lol. They have their own smoker and everything is smoked in house.
