I agree the Clio is horrible. It was the first rear wheel drive car I drove in the game so I figured they where all like that, then I learned what a crappy car it was. I bet tuned and setup right though it maybe decent. I believe the 100cr sell rate for cars is set because you can gift cars to other players over live so that could leave to lots of easy cash otherwise. Do you have an article on it? I've been curious how they "ban" people. I was pretty sure it was the live account but that was the old live.

AFAIK each box has a unique MACID (machine address the same as everyPC) number a bit like an IP address. Its hard coded into the boxes rom so you cant change it. when you start a game or login the MACID is sent out with your login probably. Hackers will probably bring out a code that either intercepts it and sends out a random one or doesnt send it at all. Trouble is both are pretty easy for MS to defeat so good luck if you hack your box!

i hate the CLIO!!! friggin thing drifts corners so bad its impossible to drive.. i still haven't beaten the beginner mid engine races yet because of that car!! all my other mid engines are too slow to win.. boo urns! oh well i have a b5 s4 with 18" CHs..

Thanks Brent, I must admit, I was being kind of lazy.

I will likely never mod mine as I don't want to risk being banned. I would like to get a bigger HDD though.

I modded my clio and it's better. Need to tune it a bit and it should all be good.

It is not the MACID, it is a unique serial number. A mac is just used to connect to the internet or router etc. If you are using a router on ADSL the internet will never see your boxes ID.

From what little I read I think they also looked at some of the HDD tricks to upgrade them as I believe you can upgrade your 20 to a 120gig now. Flashing them isn't all that hard but opening it without the special little tools sucks. Next up for me is a black case for the 360 and the wii.
Ohh and I jsut bought a second 82gti and dropped the 3.2L AWD turboed etc etc spent over $60k lol but it is fast and gets dinged up lots. So far I am up to driver level 15

hey guys this is a noob question but how do i put mp3s onto my 360 to listen to while playing instead of the music in the game? like a usb stick?

I put a black case on mine (looks like black magic pearl kinda haha). Got it from decalgirl.com because some friends were ordering skins. There's a much better deal through a Canadian dist though (which name escapes me at the moment.

You should be able to play it from a USB stick, iPod or streamed from your PC using Windows Media Connect.

Edit: And if you have a Mac, you can use Connect 360 to stream your iTunes.
