So I am in the process of buying a house in the NW and I should take ownership of it July 15 or 16, I am looking to rent 2 out of the 4 rooms out (currently have 1 rented) so there is 1 room left. If anyone would be interested let me know.
A little information about the house:
4xbedroom (3 up stairs and 1 down stairs, I am renting 1 up stairs and 1 down stairs. The one upstairs is still up for grabs)
1.5 Bathrooms (really the only down side)
1 Cat (so you better like cats, because she will like you)
15min bus (#20) ride to U of C (2 block walk to bus stop)
15min bus ride to brentwood (C-Train)
20-30min bus (#2) ride to downtown (4 block walk to bus stop)
Quick access to Deerfoot (10min in rush hour)
The house has been updated to some degree, new kitchen, new windows, new hot water tank, new appliances. (may be installing new floors through out the house when i get)
Wireless internet and cat5 to all bedrooms
