Cambodian Tire does auto insurance now too...so I'm not surprised that PC does. I'm with Monnex and never had any issues...my rates are pretty cheap too.
Monnex is fine as long as you don't get in an accident. Then they treat you like crap and don't give a rats @$$ they they are screwing you raw for an accident that isn't your fault. One rep even had the balls to tell me that it was "Too bad for you" and at that point I asked for his manager and got a new rep.
