Need cheap paint in a hurry.

Want to flat black my rabblt. Needs some sanding prep, little bondo in 1 spot, and of course the paint. Lowest possible budget. Ideas?

Gonna make the calls tomorrow and set it up asap. Timeframe 1-2 weeks would be ideal.
