I need a machine shop to touch up some hub rings for me. i can't order the exact size. any good recommendations?

The rings I ordered for the wheels are a bit sloppy, so i have picked up some more with the outer diameter too big, and inner too small, in hopes that they could just be lathed to the right size. If you could measure my hub and wheel, and fix these up, that would be great. When and where do i have to go?Stefan
