i was never on the flames bandwagon. i have hanging from my bedroom wall my old cancuks "skate" jersey from when i was 8.

where were all these "flames fans" between 1995-2003......as far as calgary was concerned they didnt even have a hockey team then.

I never said you were on the flames bandwagon, you're on the bandwagon where everyone calls flames fans jumpers.

But don't kid yourselves, Vancouver doesn't have it in them to make it.

i have been a flames fan since i was a little kid, my family has always had season tickets, even from before i was born, but there were alot of people who were all of a sudden fans durring that great cup run in 04, and ya mitch we will see dany most tuesday nights at hockey but it would be fun to watch him play in the finals against calgary and then when hes done that he will come out and play with us in the summer

I hear ya man. Before the Lames made the playoffs in 2003, you could see the many empty seats in the dome. When they did, all of a sudden everybody became a HUGE flames fan but when I asked a few "fans" to name 10 guys off the team, most of them stopped after naming Kipprusoff and Iginla.

Its the year of the Canucks.....Bobby Lu will get us the cup!!

pfff. i could easily name every single player on the team.

regardless - i'm cheering for the Sens this year. better team, better chance, better hockey!

Yeah the sens look good this year, it'll be interesting to find out how far emery takes them.

Rough day yesterday....the Lames won and the Canucks lost.
