I got a phone call from "UPS supply chain solutions" today. They need me to come and sign for my wheels to get them through customs...

Only problem is, is that customs is at the Edmonton International and I happen to be about 500km's away in Fort McMurray right now...

Words cannot express what I'm thinking right now. Now I have to find someone to go get them for me before they send them back to California.

On one hand I'm not surprised but on the other I'm dumbfounded at how this can be normal.

I had the same thing happen with my stuff from Florida, they didn't threaten to send them back though

Well I told the guy the soonest I could pick them up is two weeks, he's like "Uhhhh yeaahh, thats about the longest we can hold them for...."

Stand down men! Thanks for all the offers, I talked to the gentleman @ UPS today and he sounded like a good fellow. He said they would hold the wheels until I can come pick them up and clear them etc.

Thanks again for the offers of help I recieved! It's good to know there are others willing to help when you get in a bind.
