quick comments about mid level tires?

Need to stick some new tyres on now its out of the garage, didint realise the current ones are practically slick, no wonder I spun the damn thing when i took it out for a test drive before i bought it in december .

Anyways, i see a lot of chat about higher end tires but i just need some for my stock 205-55-R16 dont wanna pay too high and want to get some decent mileage out of em n some all round grip, figure i dont really have a clue

Saw these Yokohama AVID H4S High Performance Touring or these Falken Azenis ST-115 at CMS for around $140.
worth it? decent wear life? what do you think?
can you recommend any better ones?
somewhere better i could buy em from?

I'm going with nexan n3000 for my replacement summer tire. Cheap, good wear, relatively sticky and cheap. Did I mention that they are cheap?

CMS is a good place to buy tires btw. Talk to the Bob, and he'll hook you up.
