Cant remember how much they are but Costco is by far the cheapest.

Went to walmart after work today and the guy said they don't make any Optima batteries for VW's. Obviously I know this isn't true however I didn't have with me the model # of the redtop out of my GTI. Can anyone help me with this?

Go get an orbital extreme or marine, they can be recharged when they run dead. My extreme was around 200 bucks and they have a 3 year replacement warrenty.06 Subaru STi

Canadaian tire has re-branded optimas for a decent price, if I recall correctly.
I'm just about to go battery shopping - my warranty on the GTI just ran out and - surprise! - the battery is dying.
I don't think I have had a new car yet where the battery didn't die within minutes of the warranty expiring.Comment
