I'm just curious as to if anyone on this board is at all interested in R.E. Investing. I'm just looking at some preliminary (small scale) investments, and was wondering if anyone is interested in that? It would be for a duplex (not in Calgary).

I'd be interested! What timeframe are you looking at? A friend and I are buying a condo in Marda Loop so I'm a little tight at the moment, but if this is something you were planning on doing later in the summer, that would probably work for me.

The property i'm looking at is still in Canada, just not in Alberta. I still have a few things I'd like to iron out to ensure this could actually work, but I will let those of you who are interested know as soon as possible.
