Speeding cops..

I have no problem with cops... in fact I respect alot of them, but lately I'm getting fed up. They seem to follow me around and ding me for every minor thing :( Then today I'm driving home from work on CountryHills, going about 70 in a 60 zone, and a cop rips by me without his lights on.... so me, being me, decide to follow him through traffic. I'm right behind him doing 110 in a 60 zone, and he didn't even blink :mrsly: Yet, tommorow he'll probably pull me over because I have tint or something lame..... :mrscrewy:

dude u got some serious balls to go that fast behind one and not expect for them to do something.. it seems whenever i'm driving as soon as everyone sees a cop they slow down 10 under the friggin limit.. right now i have to drive like a pussy anyways so that here in another 4 months my insurance company will bump my rates as if i was 25 when I will only be 22 (well by then)

They really can't do that much if they are doing the same thing. sure he could pull you over, and you'd probably be foud guilty if you take it to court.... but essentially they could get themselves in trouble for doing the same thing. It just bugs me because it's so hypocritical.

There are occasions when our city's finest NEED to drive fast without their lights. Possibly they were following someone or were responding to a situation where lights and sirens would have tipped off the crooks. You are probably lucky enough that the cop you were following at 110 had a bigger fish to catch than you.

My point is you just never know and you have to have a little faith... although sometimes it's real, real, real, real, real hard.

i have mixed feelings on cops.. i've received tickets for things non vehicle related that should never be given to anyone..

i've gotten tickets for doing my favorite activity next to golf/my car.. look at my shoes at a meet and you will be able to tell what i'm talking about.
