these guys were great for car audio cables, so me and a buddy tried it for house stuff and were not disappointed. They ship from US, but through some sort of canadian distributor deal, so there isn't duty. Usually fast to ship too. They are a house brand cable, but so far seem very high quality, especially if you chose their top-end stuff.

Agreed 100%. I bought quite a few different kinds of cables from them (15' HDMI, 12' fiber optic, etc.) and they are amazingly good. Very high quality and very reasonable prices. Also had them shipped to me very fast.

If anyone is still following this thread, any recommendations on where to get info online for comparing LCD and Plasma TV's? Or any merchants that might be better than Best Buy? I've been looking and BB actually has ok prices it seems?

I noticed Dell has gotten out of the TV game so I don't know any other good online retailers.

The forums over at Digital Home are pretty good sometimes. It's a Canadian forum so they have lots of discussion of Canadian models, prices, stores, etc.

What do you mean? Do you mean they are going to discontinue their current models? Or just that their selection is limited?

If it's the second then I know what you mean as the largest they have now is a 37" LCD. That's the one I was thinking about (not for a few more months though as the prices will probably go down some more).
