Koenigsegg in Calgary

A friend of one of my co-workers claims to have brought in a Koenigsegg from L.A. this week. Are they even street legal in Canada?

I'm calling BS until he sends her some pictures, but thought I'd ask the experts here on the boards...

you can bring in any car into canada while you're visiting, especially if you're not a canadian resident.

Sorry, I should have been a bit clearer - the guy is from Calgary. He flew down to LA, bought the car and drove it back.

Well they do not even appear on the vehicle admission list for importation from the US, so if it is not saying no I guess that means it should be allowed in, but I think we need pics to confirm!

Did you see TopGear when they test drove the Koenigsegg?
Was a super fast car but the lack of a spoiler nearly killed the driver, the comment was if it had a spoiler it would be the fastest car they test drove. one year later Koenigsegg came back with a car with a new spoiler on it and hells it was fast. If anyone wants to see it i think i still have them on my comp.

the first konigdsfihwdjasegg didnt have a spoiler and it handled well...the ccr

there is a ccx in the states...i HIGHLY doubt one will come to Canada for awhile...

There is a guy on the Vortex who ordered a new CCX from the dealer in Ceasers in Vegas $650,000 US was the price. I heard if you try and bring a car into Canada that does not appear at all on the list they will let it in!
