A V60 Polestar?

Our spies caught a Rebel Blue version of the V60 wagon with unique camouflage making us wonder if the Polestar engineers are at it again.
At the front, the V60 has a more aggressive lower fascia with an aerodynamic lip. A new, large sport-wheel, wrapped in high performance, low-profile tires, cover large Brembo brake calipers. At the rear, an air diffuser panel is visible between the exhaust outlets, and a roof spoiler.
If Polestar follows the path it chose for the Australian S60 Polestar, we'd expect this V60 to have the 350hp version of the turbocharged, 3.0L six-cylinder with all-wheel-drive. We have not heard whether or not a Polestar version of the S60 or V60 will be sold around the globe or exclusive to certain markets.
Polestar is Volvo’s partner in racing and their tune has sold well through Volvo dealers. Lately, Polestar has indicated that they will be for Volvo what AMG is for Mercedes. Hopefully, we can look forward to expanded product offerings and Polestar models in the future.
