^Not really. Multi piece HRE wheels always need rebuilding due to leaking between the pieces. I probably had to reseal about a dozen sets of HRE wheels when I worked at Tunerworks.

TSW and Victor have a few 21" options for the Macan

HRE Free Flow wheels are a good choice on a budget. But only come in 20"
