2009 911 Carrera S
Spy shooters have captured the next Porsche 911 looking remarkably undisguised. Expected in 2009, this Carrera S model points to another patently Porsche methodical evolution, this time showing new four-element high-intensity discharge headlamps, more prominent air intakes that hold the turn signals, and revamped lower aerodynamics. Out back, there are a set of new exhaust pipes, and LED taillights.
No word yet on any driveline changes, but we wouldn’t be surprised to see such technology as direct-injection, and hopefully, an optional dual-clutch gearbox to replace its Tiptronic setup.
