Soon, this will be the future but right now it's a novelty. You can do that whole trip faster in a gas car.Comment

The highest was 151 miles (240 km) without a charge, barely enough for me to get from Vancouver to Seattle, the next city down in the USA.
When these electric cars can go double this distance on a charge I'll be looking into buying.
