Finally took out that Weber, cleaned the whole thing and took it apart:
New gaskets and diaphragms!
Turns out that there's no leak in the fuel line but just a loose nipple. Rebuilt done and it runs, but stalls uphills and no power on 3rd and 4th gears.
Float needs adjustment but with another coldsnap, it'll have to be delayed to another Saturday.
