Who needs a minivan when you have a 7-seater right here?! Got the essentials bolted up and/or tied down (fire extinguisher, tire wrench, First Aid kit, tool box).
Fun fact: My toolbox used to hold 50 cal bullets.

Well, the original Lucas alternator came off and had it tested; doesn't work.
Currently being reconditioned and will have it back next week! ^.^Comment

Alternator has been rebuilt and is bolted on!
The socket and wiring will definitely need replacing as well since it's brittle.

I admire the amount of work (and probably money) you are putting into getting Garth running as best you can, seems like a fairly uphill battle

The cold snap gave an issue but today is warm (-5c) so time to see what's happening. Got all the appropriate heaters and battery charger plugged in.
The engine bay needs a wash big time.
After much patience, Garth lives! This general area of the carb is the root of my burden. The idling isn't steady either so a rebuild is in order.
Also, anyone know where I can buy an appropriate filter for a Weber carb? This one is too small.
