Well perhaps with a dealer now someone will be getting one of these, Bentley Brooklands.
Possessing a twin-turbocharged 6.75-litre V-8–the company’s most powerful production eight-cylinder engine ever–the English automaker says that their latest offering is inspired by the famed “Bentley Boys” who dominated the UK’s Brooklands circuit in the 1920s. How powerful? Try 530 horsepower, and more importantly, 1050Nm of torque. That’s nearly 775 pound-feet… which ought to be enough to pull Big Ben off of its foundation.
Just 550 of this rakish coupes are planned, with deliveries slated for the first half of next year.
