Lowered the GLI today!

Well I finally lowered the car today. I put in H&R race springs with KYB AGX shocks. I have to say I am VERY impressed with this combo. It rides very smoothly, only a tad firmer than stock during normal driving, but it feels way more controlled over bumps. I haven't got a chance to really push it just yet, but the steering response is definitely better, and there is less body roll for sure. Anyhow, on to the pics!

Hey man looks graet! How much more did it lower? And what head and fog lights do you have in? are they upgraded? because mine don't look that blue and i want to put some much brighter and more blue head and fog lights in. But nice car

Thanks! The H&R Race springs are supposed to lower about 2" over a stock Jetta, so probably a bit less on a GLI since we sit lower to begin with. My headlights are stock but I'm running a 6000k HID kit in my fog lights.

Yes the car is looking super hot, love the colour and wheel combo and the drop really sets it off!!! Look forward to seeing it in person in May!!
