Well firstly let me welcome you to the NVD boards!!!
I guess you need to decide what your direction and budget will be and then you can go ahead and let the mods begin. I think suspension, wheels and engine mods would be a good place to start. What kind of engine do you have in there? Any cool euro features we will be jealous of?

Unfortunately, this is Ireland, the rip off capital of Europe.
The model above alone was about USD 30,000.
Annual Road tax another USD 1000
Petrol costs about USD 5 per gallon.
And insurance costs - at my age, 24, on a 1.4 engine is 3000 dollars per year.
If I bought the 1.6 increase insurance by another 1500.
And the 2.0, forget, companies wont insure any males under 30 yrs.
So as regards cool Euro features, it comes with an MP3 player,
but thats about it.
So I've a couple thousand to play around with.. what ye think?
If you want it to look good (better), the biggest difference will be (in order) suspension, wheels, then body kit or body styling.
Since suspension also will impact performance, it is usually the first thing to do.
Wheel style is often the basis for the "look" or "theme" of the car. You can go very different directions with different types of wheels. I would say that would be my next step, picking both a wheel and a theme.
Your first mod should be to take off the window deflectors....and it's free too! Doesn't really flow well with the car. Other than that it is looking good, and nice rims choice too....nice and subtle
Not with the amount of potholes over here,
its quite common for the (non-motorway) roads to be full of holes, even in cities,
so the lower the car the more damage you do to it!!

I know they look rough,
but they're handy for a smoker who sits in traffic,
esp where it rains 9 months of the year.
