You don't even know the half of it. I haven't updated this thread at all

    Style 32s

    Style 42s

    Tech 2 Spolier

And it was actually looking OK for about a week before I ripped it all apart again

It now has a 10lb wastegate spring in it, and is tuned for 15psi. Should be able for 20psi.
The video was 3psi and only 4-5,000rpm. It should absolutely rip.

This weekend I'll finish block sanding and flattening, then on Sunday evening it'll be all white

    Fingers crossed!

      Progress galore

Windshield comes in on the 29th, at which point I should be done wet sanding and buffing.
Not bad for a bunch of Rustoleum rattle cans and some 2K clear in a can!

Rippin like a wild man out here in Ontario...

Waiting on a USB retrofit for the cigarette lighter, but have the Apexi AFC mounted nicely.

This was 10psi. Now at 12psi and slowly making my way to 20.

The car has been my daily since my last post. 30 degree weather, traffic, stop-go on the 650ft/lb clutch - hasn't missed a beat.
It is even on dog park duty.

Went for a 2-2.5hour rip with the current owner of my Stage 3 B5 S4, and the e30 was all up on it/ahead of it on low boost (about 12PSI).
I now have it up around 16-17PSI and it is absolutely apesh1t.

I'll need to get some fly by videos up.
Contingent upon my own bravery, I may be off to Toronto in it to pick up a half cage soon, which will be a good test.

                        Updates!

Alpina front spoiler painted & fitted:

Did some more autocross with my unknown HP and 205 section tires:

Decided to find out what my creation actually makes:

I was hoping for close to 400....but...

                        470HP & 354Tq
                        Pulls to the moon!

EDIT: Also bought a completely impractical winter "beater"

                        2008 BMW 750i Sport
Full service history and a brand new set of pirelli winters.
                        Immaculate.
$6,500 - cheaper than a decent civic and far less drab

That E30 is ridiculous! I have to say however that I think the Alpina front spoiler looks too "heavy". The balance front to rear (Looks wise) to me looks off!

That's what sideskirts are for! But I must say, the thought of drilling into the side of my perfectly clean rockers has been putting me off

Love both cars. Usually not a fan of the "Bangled" 7 series, but with the sport package the car looks great.

I really should update this thread properly sometime. I'll be back daily driving the e30 in a few weeks so I'll get real photos then.

                                New wheels!
                                Fronts:16x8 et11
                                Rear:16x8.5 et5

Perfect spacer-less fitment for my homebrew 5x120 brake setup.

Just waiting on some ultra sticky 215/45r16 tires to arrive.

Converted the front core support from a welded to removable. I can now pull the motor in under an hour.

New timing belt, water pump, pulley and tensioners ahead of 2021

New throwout bearing, as the old one was certainly pooched

ABS removed and brake lines cleaned up

Wiring simplified and re-run throughout (note the disgusting carpet for later)

                                Some very painstaking heatshielding exercises

The boost solenoid and vacuum hoses are not shielded away behind the downpipe shield I made from some scap

                                Some "magic wand" modifications

Just before Christmas I drive 4 hours each way for a clean carpet - totally worth it as these are impossible to find

                                Found a clean sunroof panel

Started wiring in launch control + 2 step, which will be activated via a momentary switch mounted in my gearknob.

                                New door hinges

Did some science and altered my front camber plates for increased caster

She's now 99% back together, with only a handful of small items left to do. I should be driving it to work as of April 1st.
