So how fast are you actually moving in those shots? I often wonder when I see great shots like these

Very slow, often the car isn't even on as the vibrations from the engine can cause distortion in the image.

                  Exactly as colin said.

Car is off and in neutral. One person is operating the camera/wireless trigger. The other is pushing the car with their hands. For these images, they are roughly a 4 second long exposure. Stop down to about f6-f8 to get the whole car in focus. If shooting in daylight you will most likely need a Variable ND filter.

                  then some retouching in photoshop.

                      Small update on the TT.

Took the car out to leavenworth this year and had an absolute blast. Our group decided to skip the actual drive portion of the leveanworth cruise and go straight to the town on thursday night so we could spend more time in the town, and also get some nice parking sport on the main strip. We thought this was much better than only spending the day and one night in leavenworth. I plan on doing the same thing next year!

Was nice to catch up with some audizine friends in the states, and met some new friends from van. All around an amazing trip!

Susprisingly those are all the photos i took. Make sure you head over to my youtube channel and check out my leavenworth film.

Few weeks went by and i thought about doing another camo design. But it didn't last long. I liked the camo look, but i think keeping it clean with no camo is much better Ill probably have some more fun with camo in the winter.

so were back to the clean and sexy :P

Fast forward to this weekend. Had a great time at das volks. Always love that show. Also had a great time at the dyne day @ Calgary Autoworks. Thanks to Chris/Colin and the rest of the Caw crew for opening the shop up and free food.

Everyone seemed pretty disappointed with the numbers the dyno was showing. I know nothing about this stuff so i cant really say much but i thought my car would at least put out 180-200hp. Oh well tho not a big deal! My car feels fast :P

Stock Ecu, Evoms Intake, Cobra Sport Catback

                      TT ran a 161.2hp and 144.7ft lb-ft
Max hp at 7200 rpm and max torque at 3500rpm.

Dyno numbers were correected as there was an error wit the temperatures or something like that. Thanks to colin/chris for the work to get everyones numbers corrected.

This looks better and is right around what i was expecting.
                        198.4hp/202.5 tq.

                          nothing new just pics

Time to start thinking about winter a little bit. I plan on hitting up mobile solutions and get a car starter installed on the TT. This will hopefully be my last winter parked outside.

I also need to do some more digging to see if i can get around the magnetic ride fault thats on the car (due to the air ride) and see if i can code it out. Theres no light on the dash, but theres a hidden fault which wont let me fully shut off my traction control for winter drifting. Ide rather not have to buy the $400 delete modules from kw.

                            Looking good sir!!

I think i read somewhere that the salt they use on our roads doesn't do damage to our cars until it starts to melt. I leave my truck outside in the winter for that reason, so it wont rust as quick.

Depends on how long you are keeping her of course

Oh its not about the salt and stuff. Its not like theres much i can do about it. I just care more about the car being freezing cold every morning lol.
