    Re: Mk7 golf r

Well thats the opposite that i would think, thanks for the info. Its definatly begging to be tuned, over 1500km on it now so ive punched it a few times. I like the car it does everything i want but its not the rs4. The sound, the prestige and the wide body, i know the rs4 is for sale (because the wife said i have to try) but i really want to keep it.

I have plans down the road for a replacment but its years away, so i honestly dont care if it sells. The golf r just needs some mods to make it better and im trying to stick to my word and not mod as long as the rs4 is still in my garage. Oh the first word problems i have. Good fuel milage on the golf though 7.5l/100km hwy.

I'm over 8000km on the tune with the manual transmission. No clutch slip so far. Knock on wood.

Got my cherry red led tails installed. Still waiting on my coding.

I think that will be the only mod, unless another group buy pops up. Should really get the audi sold so I have some money to play with, but the golf should be around a long time so no rush.

Test fitting winters isn't going so well, I can't find the key for the lock on the bolts. Any idea where it might be. Not in the bag with all the other stuff.

I wouldn't want my winters sticking out past the fenders.

I don't either. I might be looking for some new wheels. Or getting some rally armor flaps for winter as long as I can take them off in spring.

I got my obdeleven in the mail and I have to say I love it. So easy to use and very handy. Already did most of the basic mods, just need some time to do the taillights.

Also got the xpel re done at Thompson graphics, I havnt had a good chance to look at it yet but it appears to be good.

ya i don't like it, going to be looking at options. just giving the audi a few more weeks to sell before i make a move on something (the wheels might go with it). either new summer wheels or new winter wheels not sure.

Well rs4 is officially gone. Going to order up a few things for the vw soon to make myself happy.

Oh ya rough day, let's say I was tempted to crash it so the guy wouldn't want it. Ya still in calgary actually lives 5 min from me. this will be his second rs4. It scares me how many people buy another after selling, is it that good?

Can't see myself buying another, maybe rs7 or r8 depending if I want to become selfish. Not soon though, gotta get this mortgage finished then the baller toys will follow. Haha
