Would 15mm spacers clear the front calipers? You can switch to 15 all around and also like Danny stated shave a few mm off the front calipers if the 15s don't clear the front calipers

No they wont. I actually tried with a set of 15's and nope. They didnt even clear with the 20mm spacers until I shaved the caliper. Not sure how much im comfortable shaving off. I doubt another 5mm would be good though...

The sidewall on one of the tires already came apart (had to get a new tire at the end of last season). So I only imagine with a 205 it would cause more problems like this. Although maybe these Falkens just suck.. lol
Falkens are generally really good for stretching. You do have some options for tire size. Maybe downsize to a 225/35 or a 215/35 first.

X2 that falkens are some of the best stretching tires out there. Personally I wouldn't go own to a 35 profile tire because its gonna be a really small tires which will leave you with 2 options....Drive around with more fender gap, or lower it more which really doesn't help the situation. If anything, step down to a 215/40. it will be slightly more stretch and probably as much as I would want to run. a 205 on a 9.5 looks absolutely retarded unless you are bagged
