You might want to wait until you are sure that you are not going to see another snow storm before you install it (we are still due for at least two big dumps and cold snaps). It will not survive being installed and winter driving in Calgary. Lots of us have tried and failed. The problem is that just screws will tear out taking bits of the bumper with it. No tape will hold it on as there is so little surface on the Cupra(the good thing is that you can drive over one two or three times before it looks like crap). I will have a quick install/uninstall fastener system figured out soon(been testing just finalizing a supplier) i will keep you informed.
Does anyone in YYC have 3 good b5 s4 coilpacks that I could borrow?
I've ordered up the 2.0T Coilpack conversion kit/upgrade, but wanted to do a little test first.
I looked at pick 'n pull, but there was nothing suitable.
If I can borrow them for an evening, it would help me out big time!
In other news, I'm dangerously close to buying new Rotiforms, so someone buy my damn wheels!
The tentatively new setup would look unbelievable! No spoilers until I confirm purchase
If you could investigate, it would save me worrying.
I've gone the 2.0T & ICM delete route as I'm showing random misfire codes on 2-3 cylinders. It'll be a while before the parts arrive, so I'd like the piece of mind of simply popping temp replacements in, and seeing if codes still show....or if I've wasted $$$ lol
