What were the repercussions for the driver who took it out for a joyride?

After reading the Audizine thread, I think Gerard is under NDA, as part of the settlement -- but, I've been wrong a gazillion times before.

As mentioned, very little from what I can tell.

I will write up the full story some weekend, as the AZ thread was only the tip of the iceberg - you wouldn't believe the messing around that was done!



The owner/seller just txt to say it was loaded up and is on the way. He also created an album of photos taken yesterday, in case anything happens.
He handled everything exactly as I would wish someone to - fantastic.

I expect it to be delayed getting here, but I don't care as long as it isn't damaged.

Dang that is brutal :/

I know one of the A3 guys had his car at APR for some time getting major work done - day of delivery to a car show a 3rd party was hired and crashed it, writing it off.
