    My first Audi - B6 A4

    Hi guys, my names Travis. I've been a member on DasDubbers for years, but with a baby on the way I picked up something a little more practical and family friendly than another mk2.
    I got a pretty great deal on a 2002 A4 1.8TQM a few months back, and although it had 240k on the clock, the previous owner was great with maintenance and the Quattro system is unbelievable.
    Aside from a few things like windshield, torn drivers seat, and a recently noisy fuel pump it needs nothing. So far it's got an APR stg 1 tune and test pipe. I'll be fitting suspension and exhaust over the winter, maybe some wheels in the summer, and a few odds and ends but other than that I'll leave it be as a daily/baby hauler. Not a huge fan of unpainted lowers, but for the price I couldn't pass it up.

    Nice ride!

    Change that fuel filter before the pump decides to give out on you!

      Been there, done that. Luckily I was close to home.

      A Deatschwerks DW300 flows just like a Bosch 044 and costs far less. Plus, they don't have the annoying buzz.

                    Thanks everyone! I've heard some mixed reviews on the DW300, I considered it but I'm just going to let CAW do their thing and I expect I'll be satisfied. At this point, I just really need it done before I'm left stranded haha.

                        The pump is starting to sound pretty weak, I've left it longer than I should've and that's my fault. I was originally only going to do the filter, but I want to do both for peace of mind and not have to worry about it.

                          If you hear the pump do it asap, mine failed after only 120k km. it's easy to do it yourself, as long as the tank is almost empty, get a new gasket as well.
