Cant help you out with much aside from the compression test. I have a tester I bought when I was having troubles with my Audi so we can do a compression test when you have some time this week.

greenline hose, just across blackfoot from C1, will likely be able to sort out your hoses for a fraction of the price.

-AN fittings are typically pretty pricey, as are custom made hoses. You could always try 37 degree JIC fittings, they should be fine for your application, quite a bit cheaper typically and available in aluminum to match materials with your new valve cover.
Greenline can definitely make your hoses too, and crimp the end fittings on for you but they do cost some.

Would you consider going -AN or -JIC to hose barb and then using a barbed tee in the middle for reduced costs? You could still see the -AN or -JIC fitting on the valve cover and then maybe hide the hose barbed (without clamps even if venting to atmosphere) fittings for a nice clean look?

Im not familiar with either fittings really... just going off of what the i.e. site is telling me. Im not sure what fittings are safe/proper way to plum this pcv system.

So compression test has been completed and the numbers look good. 178,180,178,175. So i believe that rules out the rings/pistons/valve seals.

Also pulled off the drivers side intercooler and found a little bit more oil in it, but nothing alarming.

I ended up returning the Billet Valvecover, Fittings were crazy expensive.

I pulled the new Oem Valvecover off to take a look at it, and it looks the same as when i put it on, which isn't great (it has the flakes and bad plastic welds like my old broken one) So i may looks at seeing if i can get a warranty on it, but it might be too late now. For now i replaced it with the epoxied cover, to see if anything changes.

If its not the valve cover, I'm 99% sure its gotta be the turbo. Ive replaced almost everything in the pcv system, and its not the rings/seals. I may look at upgrading to a k04, but i might not be able to afford it, so a replacement k03 will probably have to do.

Ive also been experiencing some Low end boost problems. If i put my foot down in 2-3000 rpm, i would hear a fluttering. Ordered a GFB DV+ and the issue is fixed. Boost also feels much stronger now, boost comes on quicker. I believe the car is quicker now because the Oem diverter valve could not handle the 24lbs of boost.

Makes sense because the OEM internals are plastic junk, even with the best revision.

Also Checked my cam follower as i haven't taken a look at it in probably 20,000kms. Follower looks fine, no problems there! 2008 updated cam ftw.

Also, I have a huge hard on for evo10's....

That is a fair bit of oil in the intercooler considering you just emptied it a month ago. Why don't you seal off the VC passages with your hand and put some compressed air through it to see if there actually is a leak. I can help you put a camera down to inspect the compressor wheel. 24lbs of boost will definitely overwhelm a k03 overtime and the OEM PCV system. Vent to atmosphere temporarily to test.

Sorry i should have clarified. the last time i drained the drivers side intercooler was back in december or so. I only had time to do the passenger side a month ago.

Is there black on that cam follower on the top? It looks like time to replace to me......

The black coating is the DLC (Diamond Like Coating) and once it is gone the follower wears very quickly.

Ill look at replacing then, My first cam follower lasted over 75,000kms when i bought the car so it should fine, but its a cheap part might as well grab a replacement next time I'm in.

Picked up some Oem S4 Recaro's This weekend and wow what a difference they made. Spent all day friday Cleaning and shaving the pills off the seats. Refreshing them went pretty well! Still a few little spots here and there but I'm happy with them! A fabric Shaver and some Mr Clean Erasers did wonders.

Shown below is a before and midway through picture. Forgot to take an after, but you can definitely see the improvement.

Car is looking very clean all black with the hood/truck still wrapped. Forgot how nice the paint looks after i polished it.

Bumper is going in for another respray, when i pulled the vinyl, A ton of paint came with it as you can see. Apparently the wrong material was used so its getting re done and is being covered by the material supplier.
