I have to say that driving this... I do feel that satisfaction that the M3 was missing. It doesn't feel like a race car that will kill me, it feels like a propper drivers car, with just the right amount of everything, even the non hydraulic steering (it still manages to let you feel the road). I'm happy I went back to Audi, I do not at all like the direction BMW is going in.

Once the 335i and A4 are sold I'll likelly be getting an E30 just as a side project, I've always wanted one to tinker with.

What rims do yall think would look good? I was thinking 19" BBS Super RS in gold.

I have heard people complain about the electronic steering on the Audi's, but honestly I love mine in the A3. Nice and light when it should be, but I don't feel disconnected from the road at all.

I dislike it in the A4, but the S4 is much better!

Must just be set up different. I have thought about adjust it via Vag-com, but have not as of yet bothered.

I believe the S4 uses a fairly different steering setup. Mine doesn't have the active steer though.

Nice car ! I got electric steering in the Volvo and it's great! Little weird when off road with it and trying to pull the front outta ruts with the wheels turned and the feed back it gives tho.

I disagree, to each his own I guess but my B6's steering is faaaar superior to newer A4's. My dad hates the steering in his B8 too haha
