Did some paint and stuff this weekend!
The car came with a USP lower valence that the guy never put on so I figured I would make a day out of it and paint it and put it on! Also I deleted the headlamp washers because I find them pointless.
Man was this bumper a PIA to take off.. Used to the 6 bolt with half the hardware missing mk4 bumper removal.. Not looking forward to taking this thing off a lot!

Fitted up and painted! Had to trim a lot to make it "fit"!


And a little instagram action! I fitted my stock fog grilles in with some ziptie magic so it doesnt look horrible, proper USP grilles are on order as soon as i can sell my wheels! And a front mount for the middle gap

The headlight washers are handy in the winter... otherwise they just waste precious boost-juice

I can pull off an A4 bumper in under 10 minutes. You get pretty good at it after a while

Haha yeah the biggest difficulty was figuring it all out. Also I didn't put back all the screws to make it easier next time. So redundant the amount of fasteners they use.

So this weekend was dedicated to getting this car laid out.. Had enough of the stupid stock height.
Picked up some FK silverlines from concept 1

Thanks Geo! Yeah it looks MUCH better! I also decided to try my luck with putting the race n75 out of my mk4 into this car and found out it's the exact same except the wiring harness plug in is on the wrong side but I got it to fit and am now spooling up even faster (like a k03 wasn't fast enough already ) AND peaking at 21psi!

The "race" N75 valves are complete bogus IMO, i would keep your stock N75 around for when this one starts giving you problems like it gives everyone.

Yeah, I swapped out the race valve that was in my GTI for the stock one because it started to annoy me but my a4 is so slow it needs all the help it can get and it actually made a significant difference.
It will get the boot later this year/next when I go big turbo anyways. Just a temporary mod to squeeze a little extra power out of this thing

Well, I haven't got anywhere as far as big turbo goes yet, still getting the car to look how I want and it's definitely getting there.
Got my sawblades on, thanks to martin for buying the adapters so he could run them but he was feeling pretty generous and gave me my wheels back early. Hoping his new wheels will get here next week so we will both be back to looking top notch.

Also, ordered an rs4 style mesh grille and got it mounted up today!

Going to be ordering proper USP lower grilles and once I buy get my **** together as far as a turbo is concerned I will have a nice big front mount to fill the middle lower gaps.
