337 GTI A.K.A das go kart ~K04~methanol~revo tune~turbo back exhaust~big brake kit~kinetic polished manifold......you get the point. Instagram is 337_gti
So i saw a set of original BBS 15x7 4x100 up on kijiji today and decided it was the perfect set of wheels for the GTI, they're not in perfect condition have some minor rash and scratches but i plan on restoring them, also will need the center wheel caps which i found on ebay but they seem to be more than what i paid for the wheels. If anyone has a set of 4 or knows of a good cheap place to get them let me know, im picking up tires this week and hopefully get them on the car by the end of the weekend
So i picked up a set of federals from Concept 1 165/45/15 got them mounted up yesterday got em home and threw them on the car, also lowered the front coils down as they had no problem but the rears were seized up pretty good so thats going to have to wait. I picked up some new door handles from ECS the chinese pull style aswell, the GTI is running super bad for the past while so its not being driven and is going into the shop this week but for now some pictures of the new setup.
The wheel setup isnt as aggresive as i was hoping for so i picked up some 20MM spacers today and picking up new lug nuts on monday when Concept 1 restocks and the plan is to paint the wheels

...Those didn't come from a guy named Jon did they..?
Good choice of mortar by the way... I used to rep Mapai Though if you're spreading on a already level subfloor of proper thickness (1 1/4 inches) then I would be using an ultraflex based on thickness of tile and size, to reduce cracking due to lack of flex.
