Hey guys, me again.

First some history;

Started with the '03 24v VR6

After test driving cars for a few days here and up in Edmonton a few weeks ago, I pulled the trigger on the one that drove the nicest. Decided to get the 10 year younger brother of my old GLI. Same colour too


She's a 2013 GLI w/ the Technology Package and the Sport Package. 6SPD Manual, Sunroof, RNS 3415 Nav system & touchscreen, bathurst wheels, heated cloth seats, 45 kms on the clock

She's going to be babied! Next year I want to do a k04, wheels and maybe a mild drop (don't think mk6's look good slammed), but first I have some mods I want to do to my truck before winter. Maybe a Unitronic Stage 1+ tune for now, and we'll go from there.

Finding a red one was hard, Southcentre had one in there showroom a few months ago that I thought was beautiful but I'd just gotten my truck and didn't quite want a second vehicle yet. Unfortunately it was long gone by the time I was shopping again. This time in Calgary I couldn't even find a manual (only looked at fifth ave and southcentre, have had meh experiences at Northland so didn't bother) they were all DSG.

I might not be driving it much this year, I have pretty bad tendinitis in the base of my right thumb which makes shifting difficult after about ten minutes. But I suppose that'll give me time to fiddle around with it, haha
