So while Patryk was working on his engine, I decided to get down and dirty and work on my car too this past weekend.
Painted my calipers candy white. Definitely love how it turned out.



Also put on a new ez lip and added some white and teal color on my back vw badge.


Trying to add some personal touches and small teal accents.�� Love the direction its going so far.
New windshield coming this Friday as well.

The paint I used I had on my mk4 and never had any issues with dust or dirt sticking so I'm sure it will be OK....fingers crossed lol

Nice work on the seats. They're the kind that will look at home in so many cars that they're an instant classic. For a moment I was jealous... then I looked at my mk1 baseball stitch seats and recovered

When you get that rear strut brace, is there any chance you can take some measurements for me? I've been visualizing something similar for my own car (albeit not as tall since I'd still like to be able to fold the rears for more cargo room).
